FlightCrew Tax Service is a full service firm made up of dedicated tax professionals specializing in occupational deductions of Flight Attendants and Pilots.  Our staff includes professional Tax Preparers, CPA’s specializing in taxation, and Enrolled Agents. 

Our office is located in Southern Arizona where we serve hundreds of Flight Attendants and Pilots from every state, representing over 30 airlines.

We require that all of our contracting tax preparers:

  • Be registered with the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP);
  • Have a minimum of five years professional experience in preparing tax returns;
  • Receive a minimum of 60 hours of continuing education each year;
  • Maintain Professional Insurance or Surety Bond.

We invest hundreds of hours each year researching and evaluating tax code on both Federal and State levels in all 50 states, attending seminars, classes and reviewing the airline industry to insure that our clients legally benefit from all available deductions and credits.  Our system handles the latest changes in Tax Laws and Code and as a matter of policy each return we prepare is reviewed by a second preparer to ensure the accuracy of the return.  This formula provides for a fast, accurate and affordable service.
